Designed for sound
Room-in-room construction uses multilayer eco-friendly insulation, two solid-core doors per doorway, and layers of drywall and sound board on every wall and ceiling to minimize sound bleed.
Power to create
Clean power from two dedicated electrical circuits in every room, plus free high-speed Wi-Fi for tenants.
Room to breathe
Eleven-foot ceilings, a storage loft in every room, and central air conditioning.
Easy load-in
Ground-floor access and ample free parking make bringing your gear a little easier.

Answers to the questions we hear from musicians looking for a room.
Are these rooms rented by the hour?
No. Each room is a private, dedicated lockout rented by the month, so you can leave your setup ready between visits.
How long is the lease?
There is an initial three-month term. After that, the lease continues month to month. Tenants give 60 days’ written notice to end the agreement.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. The security deposit equals one month’s rent for the room.
Can I share a room?
Room sharing is possible with CMR approval and registration. Ask us about the process when you join the waitlist.
Can I leave my equipment in the room?
Yes. Rooms are designed for a setup you can leave in place. Tenants are responsible for securing their gear, and CMR recommends insuring it.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
Tell us what kind of room you need. Rooms are offered as they become available; joining the waitlist does not mean a room is open now.
